ok this is 2 the skaters rockin shoelacebelts. people keep askin me nd my friends "y do u wear a shoelace as a belt". wat i wanna kno is wat is YOUR reason 4 wearin em? wat makes u rok em? now 2 the ones who dont wear em, i wanna kno wat u think. be honest, be open, but keep it clean. TALK ABOUT IT!
I have just a normal belt so I never needed one. This seems like one of those skateboarding fashion disasters people will be laughing about in 5 years.
yeah, he IS right.
so pointless.
buy a real belt and you won't look like a tard who can't spell "rock", "and", "why", or "what", among several other second grade level words.
plus, a real belt actually works!
crazy, huh?
maybe put your extra shoelaces in.... your shoes? after the first rip?
to each his own kid. to each his own. but dont say nufin wen all ya hairs ripped off skatin in a "REAL BELT". skatin in lyke studded belts nd stuf is jus plain uncomfortable.
A studded belt doesn't exactly qualify as a "real belt" unles you're Bruce Dickinson. I've been wearing the same leather belt for the last three years and have never experienced any discomfort. What is uncomfortable is having to worry about your pants falling down because shoe laces are basically loosely woven ropes, which flex and give slack, so yes, they loosen up with time. You should be able to tell that just by looking at a shoe lace, with common sense.
bought this brown leather belt from hollister two years ago and it's amazingly comfortable
I never even notice it
a well made built isn't so stiff that it won't bend with your body, belts get worn into the shape of your waistline pretty quickly, and then they fit perfectly, kinda like suprafoam conforms to your foot.
ps it was only $9.99
